The cost is for a private, individual or group exit, with a maximum of 15 participants, children up to 12 years are excluded from the count (for each child under 12 years there must be an adult responsible adult).
Obviously if you book for an organized day or if you do not request the tour as a private event, the price will be that of the organized day.
